He became the go-to person for data management and custom applications, discovering the power of committed people with the right tools. Now, he’s the founder and principal of Undaunted Consulting. David is driven to make a global impact with his talents. While at home, he juggles a family of five, a feline terror named Gallifrey, and a passion for empowering others.

Maddie has always been a driven, goal-oriented individual. She attended Midwestern State University on a full soccer scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She has managed two virtual support teams, served as a project manager and systems administrator, and she works as a freelance graphic designer in her spare time. Maddie believes that there is nothing more important than how you choose to spend your time, and she’s passionate about becoming the change you want to see in the world. When she’s not working, she’s playing soccer, paddle boarding with her dogs, writing, listening to stand up comedy, drawing, or exploring her chosen home, Austin, Texas.

Mike Baker

Mike is a former teacher with a passion for integrating data inside and outside the classroom. After teaching AP Calculus and coaching his local high school robotics team, Mike ventured into higher education, where he has worked for the past 5 years serving as a consultant for implementing and generating value from CRM and Data Warehouse solutions – both homegrown and enterprise. He now takes that same passion for education technology and data integration to the broader nonprofit space to support all those who work outside of the classroom with their data management needs. In his free time, Mike still stays attached to his computer, playing video games, exploring the latest solutions in generative AI, or enjoying virtual tabletop games with his friends. He and his wife also enjoy cooking, watching the latest anime, or carousing their Plott Hound, Sebastian, for long hikes on the weekends.

She developed and managed numerous analytics solutions, including Power BI reports and dashboards, tailored for diverse audiences ranging from C-level executives to warehouse management staff. Quinita excels in synthesizing disparate data sources into cohesive, actionable reports that drive strategic decision-making. Her independent consulting work is dedicated to providing organizations with the analytics support they need, uncovering valuable insights from their existing data.

Her nonprofit journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by disenfranchised communities which developed her commitment to making a meaningful impact by leveraging strategy, technology, and passion in the nonprofit sector. When not working, you can find her cuddling with her fur baby, Bugsy Joe.

He has degrees in both engineering technology and mental health counseling, and he brings a very person-centered approach to his work. Josué founded a nonprofit organization over 10 years ago, so he understands the unique needs of nonprofits and how the right tools and processes can make a huge difference. Josué is a huge geek who loves a good sci-fi movie and playing video games with friends. He currently lives in Chicago, IL.
