A year after implementation, EFC saw a 400% increase in the amount of data captured. Efficiency improvements have given staff an additional 40 hours per month. Quarterly reporting prep time has been cut by 75% and monthly reporting by 85%.
The Texas Equal Access Fund was founded in 2005 to help low income people cover the costs of abortion, but the overturning of Roe v. Wade in the summer of 2022 brought operations to a screeching halt. While TEA Fund tried to figure out their legal options, they hired Undaunted Consulting to review and overhaul their Salesforce for Nonprofits CRM.
